Installation Error

I am trying to install AutoCad Architecture 2021 onto a machine running Windows 7.  I keep getting an error 'The system cannot open the device or file specified.  C:\Users....AppData\Local\Temp\_AIA5DF.tmp\x64\en-us\ACA\ACAPS.msi.  Revit loaded fine.  Do i need to get Windows 10?  Any help would be appreciated.

Part of it is that Windows 7 isn't supported...
