Installation Error

Hi, I have Revit Architecture 2012 installed on my computer but only viewer mode. I have been trying to install the three year free student license and it gives me the serial number and key but then shows an error in the final installation process. Can you help me with this problem?

Could your license have expired?

2012 + 3 years = 2015 

Viewer mode means you are not actviated. If you are in viewer mode, when you start, does it ask to activate?  

Go to our activation page. This usually helps.

You may be unable to activate 2012. The student activation is for 3 years- and if you were a student now, you should be installing 2015, I think. Still, try the activation link.
