@Anonymous

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

See this article https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Installation-error-referencing-SecondRun-and-FirstRunThreadId.html

If that doesn't resolve the issue, create a new Windows user account with full admin rights and use that new account to install your Autodesk product.

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome to the forums.

This message is letting you know that the locations listed cannot be accessed this can be due to several reasons, something on the computer is blocking access, your permissions are not set to read & write to these locations & limited temp space or corrupt temp files etc.

You want to make sure you follow the steps below to download & install your Autodesk software.

  1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
  2. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background
  3. Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
  4. Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet
  5. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
  6. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  7. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)

Let us know if you have any more questions.

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
