install Revit Content Libraries 2018

Hey there. I'm new to Revit and I've been having some trouble getting it installed properly. I downloaded and installed it three times now and I faced the exact same issue every time. I've tried both downloading and installing it separately and the 'install now' option from the site. Also, I uninstalled and installed it according to the instructions provided by Autodesk on 'how to complete a clean install and uninstall'.

The problem is, since I couldn't find the content libraries that should've been installed with Revit, I tried going to 'add or remove programs' > Revit Content Libraries 2018 > and then doing the process of installing the libraries I needed. But the Content Libraries show as 'unavailable', so it's impossible to even click on the modify or remove options. I'm clueless about where to go or what to do to get it installed. What is even weirder to me is that every time I installed Revit, it said the Content Libraries were already installed, but still I can't find them anywhere.

I attached a screenshot of the notification I get when I open Revit.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to Autodesk Community!

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble using the software.

Please check the suggested solution in this article: Error: "The path you have specified for the default family template files is invalid." when launching Revit

Are you using student license or commercial license?
