i tryed to install the auto cad but it opens a window with place for the pasword and each time i put the pasword it shows me that it's not correct  what can i do

Welcome to the community...

 

AutoCAD itself does not prompt you for a password to install.  I'm assuming this is a Windows thing that indicates you do not have the proper rights to install software on this machine.

 

You might give us more details like what version of AutoCAD, your operating system, and a screen shot showing this password entry reqiurements.

 

Edit:  @Anonymous After installation and when you are trying to activate then you may be prompted for your Autodesk ID/password to run/activate the software.

I also face the problem while installing Inventor on my laptop. It ask me for username and password but it says it incorrect.. everytime says it.. so which login details i should use

nothing to do with Autodesk

this is a windows problem talk to your IT dept if you don't know your log in

This is your OS login, nothing more: it exists because your OS is set up that way, it has nothing to do with AutoCAD

If your "me too" posts actually are related to a separate screenshot or pop-up or OS or..., then you ought to start your own post with your own topic (and your screenshot) for guidance.

do you know your password for the MAC OS?

its not about Autodesk. that password is your Mac password.

I FIGURED IT OUT!!! finally...

 

The password is not AutoCAD related. The pop up window is the MACs way of verifying the installation, so I entered my pin/password that opens the computer.
