Install error 1603:fatal error during installation Revit 2019

I previously had 2018 version then got the 2019 Student Version and it refuses to load material library for 2019. So i went into my uninstaller and got rid of all of the residual 2018 apps and extensions. I think I may have deleted or uninstalled something important regarding the additional tools. I have an installation Log of the install and a screen shot. I can take all the help I can get. Windows 8 Asus PC core I7.

FYI .. your Serial number in your log file. I would recommend not sharing that information on a public forum.

Try using this installer:

Download all 3 and when it's done extract 001_003.SFX.Exe and then try installing what you need
