With the 2017 and 2018 product line, the installation process not longer asks for the serial # and product key. When you first launch the application, you will be prompted for sign in, enter serial #, or network. Select the one that matches your needs. Just for clarification, the sign in option is only for the 30 day trial mode or if you were issued a commercial cloud based license (CLIC - no serial #).
