Impossible to activate 3ds Max 2016

I always go out of the window:

 

Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product

You can either a new Serial Number and then click Activate, or sign in as a differents user after clicking the button below.

 

After entering the serial number and product code, I get in this window again. Help me please.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

Have you made sure your Contract Manager has Added you as a User and has given you permissions to use the product? (I've sent the name of your Contract Manager to you via Private Message, click on the envelope icon at the top-right corner of your screen to read my message).

 

Please, contact your contract manager and ask them to make sure they follow the instructions on the links I've posted below.

 

If your Contract Manager has already followed those steps, please let me know by replying to this topic.

I have the same problem I download the trial version , but I'm not able to use the software. The activate button is not activate. Please help me and how is the administrator?

Yes I'm the contact manager but I already download the software in my computer and I have the same message.

 

And, Who is the administrator ?

The Administrator is the Contract Manager.

 

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of your activation screen (please don't display the serial number on the screenshot) as requested by @lynn_zhang?

Hi I'm working with Sony Electronics I need to start using this software one of my engineer designers already have 3d max.

I checked and I try to register as offline version because the Online never work( I think because Sony firewall) , and I follow the steps to make the registration , I'm getting activation code but is not working also the offline version, attached the screenshoots, and every time I try to loging autodesk is sending me another email with another activation code .

I'm start getting frustrated I cannot used 😞

Let me know how to proceed.

have the same problem, an no body is able to help me the timming is running but I'm getting very frustated. I contact chat person and some bosy will conatct by email, but already pass 24hrs an no body contact me yet.

 

I really appreciate somebody help me..
