Have you made sure your Contract Manager has Added you as a User and has given you permissions to use the product? (I've sent the name of your Contract Manager to you via Private Message, click on the envelope icon at the top-right corner of your screen to read my message).
Please, contact your contract manager and ask them to make sure they follow the instructions on the links I've posted below.
If your Contract Manager has already followed those steps, please let me know by replying to this topic.

Yes I'm the contact manager but I already download the software in my computer and I have the same message.

The Administrator is the Contract Manager.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot of your activation screen (please don't display the serial number on the screenshot) as requested by @lynn_zhang?

have the same problem, an no body is able to help me the timming is running but I'm getting very frustated. I contact chat person and some bosy will conatct by email, but already pass 24hrs an no body contact me yet.
