I'm unable to go through the student verification system.

I'm a new student at CG Spectrum and they told us to get MAYA for our classes but when I go through the student verification process I sign in and then I input my schools name enrollment date, and end date. After that I get this

So I don't know what to do or who to contact at this point. Here's what I've tried so far

- Tried a different browser

- Tried a different PC

- Cleared browser cache and cookies

- Tried a different email account with a new Autodesk account

- Talked with Autodesk Education help agent and there normal Autodesk help agent. They all repeated the same thing redirecting me to SheerID

- Talked with a SheerID Agent(the third party this runs through) who redirected me back to Auto desks help

- Contacted my school who unfortunately couldn't help

- Summited tickets to help with the problem

 

I was really excited to try and start learning Maya early too 😅. This has been a huge headache for the last week and my classes start in the 3rd of May so if anyone can help or has some ideas I haven't tried Id be very grateful.

I have reviewed your Case # 17741302, it has been archived so it is in a closed status for 30 days. It will be available for you to reopen at any time during that period by replying to any of the case emails. 

I copied the statement that the agent provided in their last email to you. 

 

Education Support Agent: 

"Thank you for contacting Autodesk regarding your inability to upload documents. As we are aware of the intermittent verification issues currently happening, we ask that you email your documents to SheerID via email customerservice@sheerid.com.

 

Although you’re not able to upload your documents, clicking the button does generate a request to SheerID. Once you have emailed the documents to SheerID, they will upload your documentation on your behalf to complete the verification process."

 

Make sure to email your documents to SheerID and reply to the Education Support Agent email to follow up. The Educational Support Team is the proper support channel for you to resolve this issue.

Hello

 
The Autocad2019 software is asking me for licence and specify licence server,apparently if i do not put anything its shut down
Please help me with the aforementioned case,as I need the software urgently for educational purposes

Have you created an educational account?

Have you requested a license from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview ?

 

Having educational access does not automatically entitle you to product access - licenses must be requested first.

Hi. I'm experiencing the same error coming from CG Spectrum. Should I sent my documents straight to SheerID? Should I include that it is for Autodesk or just the verification document?

I did send my information directly to SheerID and explained the issue to them and that worked.

 

However before they got back to me I tried again to go through the student verification thing on Autodesk website and it randomly just worked. So do email them, directly but also try daily to see if the error still shows.

Hello, I am trying to download it on my Mac but it keeps says "Apologies for the delay. The verification system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later.".  I am trying to download it for on of my classes this semester. Everyone in my class got it working expect me and one other student. I have tried a different computer, page, day, time, everything but it won't work.

Use a Different browser and put it in Incognito mode and try

just retried the different browser and it worked! Thanks for the help. For anyone else in Canada having this problem I found that when I tried on the Canadian site it didn't work, it has to be on the US site.
