Years ago, I had the sketchbook pro 6 (I think). My old computer died and I had to get a new one. My hard drive was fried and I lost it. I don't have the serial number/product key and now I'm stuck with free sketchbook and don't have the feature I used to have. Is there anyway to pro back? I'm almost positive I had to set up an account to use it so maybe someone can help trace back to it.

I would recommend that you chat with an Autodesk Agent by contacting them and seeing if they can find your old information
Also for the future, Sketchbook is not supported here. It has its own community/support. Please post over there.
Perhaps you want to post over there in sketchbook community about the features you thinking are missing and see if the actual users of the product can give you direction (so you can use the new free version).
