Hi there,
I have recently finished my studies at the end of last year and graduated on the 31st March this year.
I renewed my access previously last year in May as I needed it for the rest of 2022 and since I was still studying past the expiration date, I was still eligible.
I've been using Maya to work on my portfolio up until this point and is expiring in a week's time.
I went onto the website after a menu popped up on the Maya startup asking me to renew (thinking there may be an option good for me). Once I clicked the link to check my eligibility, it immediately said I was eligible to renew.
It asked for my details as usual for renewal, and pretty much it was all there (where I studied, email address etc.) and also added at the bottom my enrollment date (which was back in 2021) and my graduation date in March two months ago.
It gave me access till next year in 2024, and after doing some further research, I ended up overthinking if I did something wrong to get this renewal since I am no longer a student, and this doesn't seem valid.
I read another forum where someone had this situation, but that person renewed during their studies and continued for some time after graduating until eventually finishing the one years worth of access, I finished a while ago and somehow, I still got a renewal till next year.

sorry if this is a tad long. I just want to describe my situation in detail as I do not know what to do if this is normal or if this is a glitch and wasn't meant to give me a renewal, or if there's someone I need to contact to help validate this renewal. Perhaps there was confusion on my end for putting the enrollment/graduation dates but it also stated that it wouldn't affect my eligibility so no clue how I got this extension altogether. not sure if they actually have to contact my university for some kind of clearance?
I don't want things to turn upside down and end up paying for the software, as of right now I really can not afford it.
Many thanks for your help!
