I can't renew student access

Hi,

I am still learning in my university and i need inventor to finish my project but student 1 year access expired so i want to renew it but i can't see renew now button support chat agents asked me to send some screen shot what i see but instruction in email that they send me don't work either to send them photos somewhere.

Don't work how exactly? You're not explaining enough for remote help.
Or do you have a smartphone? take pictures of your screens to email them. Do you know ho to do that by chance? If not, explain what kind of smart phone you have.

Well i explain it well so thay guide me throug autodesks pages, what to click and when, to extend my student access. The problem is that moslty they point me to "renew now" button in my personal banner where there is non.

Hi @s181652,

This is a known issue and I've reported it to Autodesk last week when another user experienced the same issue. For now, it seems you just need to sit tight, hopefully, this will be fixed sooner rather than later as it's quite significant.

hola mi licencia caduco el 19 de enero del 2022 y tengo el mismo problema, le doy en renovar acceso y no pasa nada, que puedo hacer?

 Hello. They have sent me an email asking me to renew my educational access. When i click on the link, it takes me to the Autodesk home page but does not show me the option to renew access.

That's how it is. But I can't see the personalized banner notification. I also tried with another browser but no success

A few days ago there was an issue with the education page, it has since been resolved?
