How to switch between seats, bought new seat instead of converting on accident

I recently decided to get the one year subscription to AutoCAD LT to save money. I didn't realize you can convert your existing subscription to a year from monthly and I bought a new seat and cancelled the monthly subscriptions on the previous seat. But I haven't been able to change the seat on my software. Everytime I open the software I get this warning that the subscription is expiring soon, yada yada. Why is there no "switch between seats" button or something? How do I fix this? I now have AutoCAD LT 2024, but I have not deleted 2023 yet if that helps solve the issue.

Thank you in advance!

Where did you make your purchase from exactly?
MacOS or Windows?

Are you logged into LT2023/LT2024 with the correct "purchased" email address or your old now defunct rental email address (Assuming they differ?)?

I purchased from the autodesk website. I have Windows 11, and the email address hasn't changed. It seems as tho the login defaults to the original monthly subscription and I don't see a way to remove that one or switch to the new one.

you will have to wait until the monthly expires
