How to change expired trial version to educational licence I already have?

By mistake I have activated the trial version for AutoCAD software which has expired recently. I already have my educational license activated, but when the software runs and I login into my account, the expired trial license is selected by default and cannot be changed to the educational one. How to change this expired trial to my already active eduactional licence? If you could help me with this problem I'd be very thankful.

Hi @Anonymous,

If you go to https://manage.autodesk.com/,

Can you see AutoCAD listed when you're on the Products and Services section?

If not try requesting AutoCAD from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

Failing that education support is the next step: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

Hi @Anonymous,

Just to let you know that this thread is almost a year old so it's unlikely we will get a reply from the original poster.

Furthermore, Autodesk Education issues tend to lie on Autodesk's side as they manage the educational program.

What's likely happened if that the trial license has lapsed for the original poster and so they are now on their educational license.
