I wanted to know that if I purchase an Autodesk application like Mudbox (for example), How does your subscription work?
To be frank, what I want to do is that, I intend to purchase an application as per one of your plans (monthly, yearly or 3 years etc.) but I do not intend to choose auto debit payment once the product reaches its expiration. So can you please answer the following in its respective manner?
Q1. So after the purchase, can I cancel my subscription to avoid automatic payments on the date of expiration?
Q2. If I can cancel my subscription, will the the product still be valid to use till the amount of time I had purchased it for?
Q3. Even upon cancelling the subscription, will I still need to mandatorily pay upon the expiration of the product?
So technically, I want to make a purchase but I do not want auto payments. Therefore, I was assuming that if I could cancel the subscription after the purchase, I could still use the product till the amount of time I had payed for and thus once it reaches its expiration, it will be totally my choice if and when I want to buy again as per my needs instead of auto payment on expiration.
So can you please clear my questions.
Thank you

Hi @aayush.mech6252,
You can just turn off Auto-renewal, just go to your Autodesk Account: https://manage.autodesk.com/ -> Billing and Subscriptions
More details can be found on the 3rd Question of the FAQs here: https://www.autodesk.co.uk/benefits/refund-policy
