Hello
Having spent most of yesterday unsuccessfully trying to resolve an activation / license issue. We've had no contact from Autodesk after it was referred to the correct department and the live chat has had 'No Agents' available the last 5 hours . . .

What exactly is your system hanging on? Are you unable to use your serial number or is it downloading your product?
What release is it 2015,216,2017?

What type of license if your LT product?
Perpetual license on a maintenance subscription or term (rental/subscribe) base license?
Are you see a message about contact your administrator since you don't have permission to use this product?
Is this activation anything to do with a subscription renewal?

I understand you are trying to activate your software. Please use the quick link to request an activation code Autodesk Digital Concierge. Copy the activation code and paste it in the 1st field box.
