Have Autodesk edu account since years - still cannot AutoCAD mobile iOS

Could somebody please look into my account and help my get my edu license for AutoCAD mobile?

 

the semester starts in two weeks and I would like to prepare and use AutoCAD mobile in my class and when teaching at Wayne State University.

 

My Autodesk account email is : info (at) ckbrd (dot) de

Please visit your Autodesk account using the email address you provided. 

You have access to the mobile app under "View all included items" :

  1. Please visit the AutoCAD mobile app on the Apple Store to download the app on your selected device 
  2. Then launch and sign into the AutoCAD app with your Autodesk account credentials

Hello there,

 

I was a iced to remove and clean reinstall AutoCAD 2022 - which I did.

I also removed and installed again AutoCAD Mobile iOS.

 

Could this please be fixed ? I did everything every support person told me.

This means your app log-in does not match your Autodesk Account log-in, and the root cause of the issue

Log out of the app, remove the app completely, restart your iOS device, reinstall the app, and this time make a very deliberate effort to ensure only your Autodesk EDU email address and password are used. 

That top like changes from FREE to AutoCAD SUBSCRIPTION.

 

If it does not, use the in-app or app-store email address to seek support, you have something else going on.

Thank you for the updates and following the steps provided. 

At this point if you have installed the AutoCAD Mobile app from the Apple Store and tried signing in with your educational account, but are experiencing issues.  Then, please reach out to the Educational Support Team, your account details show you have conflicting roles assigned to the same email, both Student & Educator. This can present login issues. 

 

The Educational Support Team  will have to fix your educational Autodesk account.

I talked to the Education Support Team and they directed me to a different office that later told me that the license / subscription team has to talk to me.

 

Sofar I still cannot use AutoCAD mobile. Is there a way to resolve this asap? Classes start next week.

I am fully aware of that - you mentioned that already too - however sofar all I get from the support is that they cannot help but somebody else will contact me.

 

Today is Friday - classes start next Monday.

 

That’s quite a frustrating experience.

I am a mature student of architecture, studying at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

Some time ago I Downloaded & Installed Autodesk AutoCAD LT onto my desktop PC.

however when I noticed that a version called AutoCAD for Mobile may be Downloadable

to my iPad Pro. which is where I spend most of my time, day to day doing a variety of things

i though, YYYYYEEEEAAAAHHHHHH. !!!!!!!!!! at long last. However, I’m not certain if it’s an

App Capacity issue, ( I think it’s now showing that I have 19 Apps Downloaded.) or a memory storage capacity issue ( Its now showing that there is only 82,000 GB of an overall capacity of 128 GB, free space.)

or if it’s something else completely. The thing is, I’ve managed to Download, Morpholio Traces, 

Play Scrabble, & another few minor programs, since this all started happening. I’ve also noted that

when I examine through Settings a couple of the Apple items are showing ‘Coverage Expired.

Ive been presuming that this relates to, the manufacturers length of warranty however I suppose

there might be other implications for Downloads, as well. Anyway there’s no sign of AutoCAD for Mobile

showing up in my Downloads folder, so I’m not certain how to proceed.

Do I talk to Autodesk about this ?   or,

Do I talk to Apple about the iPad Pro ?

I suspect that either way it’s going to involve me spending more money, on items which

would mostly be seen by others, as luxury items, which I can get by well enough without.

Ive enjoyed using these IT. programs, for the last few years, but I think they are maybe

now past there prime & I will need to find other ways of whiling away my days, here in Balmedie.

@fordyceangus You wrote that you have82GB free from 128GB capacity: that is literally nothing to worry about.

If you meant you only have 82MB free space, you'll need to take your iPAD to an Apple Store (or contact Apple Support) to help you find out why you've run out of space, most likely you have a lot of photos and CAD and other files, not apps, taking up all of that space.
