Given SN & Product Key Don't Work

The serial number and product keys do not activate the license I am leasing monthly.  Please advise.

Which Autodesk product are you trying to use?

 

What product key are you using?

 

Don't share serial # info here..

 

Did you get this information from your Autodesk Account?

@Anonymous it's not the serial number and product key that's giving you the issue but more so your Autodesk Account. Check the Autodesk Account site to make sure you have access to use the product you purchased.

 

After you confirm, make sure that you use the right email address when signing into the software.
