get started button not working

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to get an education license for AutoCAD. After I signed up for an account with my school email, the get started button became grey and could not be clicked. Here is a screenshot to address this.

When I scrolled down to the AutoCAD section and clicked on the get started down there, it just asked me to re log in on and on.

In advance, when I registered my account with the educational role of a student, it didn't ask anything about me other than my date of birth. I wonder how I can be verified as I wasn't informed when I signed up.

@b9guan, Contact Educational Support and open up a ticket. https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

 

You can also use Autodesk-AVA to contact Support and raise a ticket. https://ava.autodesk.com/

What browser are you using @b9guan 

 

Try rebooting and using Chrome or Safari in the Incognito mode and test.  I'd say use Chrome first

After switching to Chrome with incognito mode, it worked. Thank you!
