Hello,
I'm coming to you because for more than a month Fusion 360 has not worked at all. I have a "Fusion 360 for personal use" license with the identifier nature.2006@orange.fr. Everything has been working perfectly since the start of this year. Until the end of April, before a new version it seems.
I tried everything to reinstall the software after several uninstalls at several levels, first applying the Autodesk procedures, then using Revo Uninstaller. The result is always the same: after the "Autodesk Fusion 360" home page, an entirely white window (except title bar and Windows buttons) and that stops there.
My system:
Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit
ASUS EAH6870 series graphics card
Updated ATI 8.782.0.0 driver.
I tried a system restore, I did a thorough cleaning of my computer, I tried to disable the firewall and the antivirus, I don't know what to try!
Attached are the log files issued at startup. Can they help you diagnose my problem?
I hope you will be able to give me some good news and that I may soon have the pleasure of using Fusion 360 again, a great tool for designing parts for my first 3D printer. I also hope to recover what I had done before if possible!
Thank you in advance.

Is Fusion 360 supported on Windows 7?
Hi,
1. FUSION needs it´s own CLEAN UNINSTAL
2. Try: create a new user on your system (WIN/MAC) > install FUSION & start it with your kown AD-Account
good luck

Hello,
Thank you for the answer !
1 - I have already uninstalled with the Autodesk uninstaller.
2 - I have already reinstalled with a new Autodesk account. The problem is the same, and I don't see how to connect with this new account .... After launching, I only have a blank page, no connection to Autodesk to identify myself.
Regarding Win 7, I know a lot of users who use it with Win 7, without a problem (me too, before the month of May!)

Autodesk has officially stopped to support Fusion 360 on Windows 7 because Microsoft has officially stopped supporting Windows 7.
Hello @Anonymous,
Please review the system requirements before downloading & installing Autodesk software to make sure you meet the minimum requirements. You can see the Windows 7 is not listed & as mentioned Microsoft discontinued the Windows 7 operating system.
