Fusion 360 not automatically updating

Since about December, Fusion 360 has not been automatically updating on my laptop to the latest version. I've tried doing an automatic clean uninstall of Fusion then reinstall from the website, but that's not fixed it. I'm currently on version 2.0.7421 with a Fusion 360, Student license.

Thanks.

So are you saying even with uninstall it and install it again, its still using an older version?

No, if I uninstall then install a fresh copy from the website, it will use that new version, but it doesn't automatically update the installed version when a new version gets pushed out to users.

Thanks. There does seem to be one line of note in the log file:

2020-02-06 10:20:51,425 - MainProcess(5244) - ThreadPoolExecutor-1_0 - adsk.dls.streamer.process - WARNING :: Failed to copy files from C:\Users\weasd\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS2FA3.tmp\lib to C:\Users\weasd\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\meta\streamer\20191031110444 because of <class 'FileNotFoundError'>.

I haven't changed any permissions on that folder, so shall I try uninstalling Fusion, deleting the Autodesk folder and reinstalling?

It seems this may have been relating to my student license expiring since I've graduated from my previous university. I have moved to another university so have sent in a request on the contact form to get the university changed so I can install Fusion.

Despite my education license being renewed, Fusion isn't updating to the March 2020 version that's just been released. Any ideas of how to solve this?
