Freezing at startup

Every time I open a drawing Advance Steel freezes for about 30 seconds.  When I'm working on one project all day its not such a big deal, but when I'm popping in and out of drawings its annoying as hell.

2021 and 2019

2 versions locking up ... likely more PC / Permission than the software ( from my experience and what I've seen)
