FlexNet Licensing error:-15,570

Hi all
we are facing error while tring to start license manager tool which is necessary for login ton to autodesk vault 2017

We have already analyzed the error msg checked host and post mentioned is license is matching with server host and post on which we are starting license manager.
below is the error msg
it would be great if you can help us in resolving this issue.

was this working before and it stopped or it never worked?

if was working before what changed on the server?

Verify firewall is allowing these ports through

The FLEXlm® based version uses the following ports:
TCP ports 2080 (for the adskflex vendor daemon)
TCP ports 27000 to 27009 (for the lmgrd master daemon)


To test Firewall, simply use Internet Explorer (not any 3rd party browser) to test the open ports.

Both addresses should come back with a jargon page. If not, then your firewall on the server is blocking those ports. Make the appropriate exceptions.

Adding to @DarrenP information.. What version is your license manager?  It needs to be version 11.13.1.2 and make sure the correct LMGRD.exe (on config service tab) is being used since the default installation location of version 11.13.1.2 was changed and the LMGRD.EXE may still be pointed to the old location.  Also you can attached the DEBUG log file (here for additional review) that is specified under the config service tab and make sure "EVERYONE" has full read/write permission to the location where that DEBUG log file is located.
