Fatal error when starting AutoCAD Architecture

Hi, I have installed AutoCAD Architecture 2023  via Autodesk Educator Access, but when starting the program a following fatal error message appears : (Fatal error: Unhandled access violation reading 0x0008 Exception at 4593BFEBh) and the program cannot starts. Please, can anyone lead me to fix this? with thanks

Have you looked at the installation logs to see if there are any clues there as to why the installation failed?
