Errors after fresh install (Windows 10)

Hello,

 

After two fresh installs of Civil 3D 2018 on a fresh Windows 10 image, AutoCAD continues to crash after being open for ~30 seconds. When I open a .dwg file (doesn't matter which one), no buttons are pressed and no mouses clicked; it just crashes on its own. Here are the errors (sometimes the last "Exception at" code is different than below):

I have tried all applicable fixes from these pages:

"FATAL ERROR" fixes

Clean uninstall

 

I'm unable to find the dump files. Is there a default location where they are stored? Event Viewer also doesn't show any evidence of crashing. Is there a better way to pinpoint what exactly is causing the crashing/errors?
