Hello, I need some help!
I'm and animation and I'm late in some deliveries because it's happening some error I on the installation of Maya 2014 in my Mac Yosemite 2014.
It's a student license, and the message that appear is:
"An unexpected error has occurred during execution of the main script ZipImportError: can't find module 'Foundation' See the Console for a detailed traceback."
I really don't know how to proceed.
I need help.
Thank you!
Not sure what is occuring. Sounds like a possible corrupt download. Download and try to install Servcie Pack 4. This is a full installer.
Download and give this a try. It may help.

Hi,
Hi, I'm having this exact same trouble. The reason I'm staying with maya 2014 is that Animation mentor does not support maya 2016 yet, so I need to fix this problem because maya is crashing so much and I need those updates for fixing other issues.
Is there a solution? I'm on iOs
BTW: Maya 2016 and his BIG bug with auto key turnedo on, my personal nightmare as an animator.
Hello @Anonymous,
Welcome to the forum, I am glad you posted.
I am not sure what method of download you are using, the easiest method is via the Autodesk Virtual Agent.
Please proceed as follows:

Hello @Anonymous,
You may want to consider checking to see if you are eligible to download free educational software. You could download the latest 2017 software. Please refer to these links below:
