Error installing Fusion 360

I have tried installing fusion 360, but i am having trouble installing it gets to 99% then gives me this error (picture), is there any way to fix this, i had deleted the fusion 360 installer and run the fusion 360 cleaner. i then reinstalled the launcher but had the same error
