Error installing - code 2146885628

Hello,

 

I am a Mac user who uses Parallels, and have been unsuccessful downloading and installing Revit.  I already run AutoCAD 2020 on this same setup with no issues, but for some reason I cannot get the Revit software to install.  It keeps giving an error code of 2146885628 ".NET Framework Runtime 4.8 did not install"  Does anyone have any insight as to what might be the issue?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, I did click the link, and it just took me to the general help page, and didn't offer anything specific about that particular error code.
