Error 997 Autocad 2016 on Windows 10

So I have been trying to install Autocad 2016 for a few days now but im unable to because of the errors its showing.  Im getting Error 997 and have already tried doing the regediter to add it to Securerepairwhitelist.  Just not sure what else to do.  I also had to modify the setup.ini file in order to by pass the C++ 2008, 2010 or else it wouldve cancelled installation.  Now it installs up untill it gets to Autocad Core which is where I get the error.  I dont get an error report but just the error message.

250gb SSD

2x 500GB HDD

How are you installing the application?  Have you tried downloading the entire software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent?   Can you attach your failed installation log here so we can review it?
