I have previously installed and uninstalled the 2019 version. After installing 2023 again, when the installation progress reaches 56%, the prompt in Figure 1 will appear. After clicking OK, the prompt in Figure 2 will appear. I tried to empty the registry, but there was still an error.
Why are you pointing to the AutoCAD2019 folder for your missing file in the first pop-up, if you are trying to install AutoCAD2023? That's a major problem.

But... you are now installing the AutoCAD2023 version according to at least two of your posts in these forums reporting this one issue: you need to redirect your first pop-up to a 2023 folder (before or probably after you fix the 1603 issue you are also reporting).
Or are you misrepresenting the issue twice now in these forums and your problem is only AutoCAD2019?
