Hi,
1. I just bought a new PC and need to transfer my Autodesk software from the old one. I used the Licence Transfer Utility but to no avail. As per the title, I get this error that my product serial number is not valid (Error 124 - as shown below)
2. I have another licence and tried installing it in my new PC but then again I get the message that my serial number is not valid.
Please advise.

Never and I mean never share any sensitive information here such as email address, serial #, subscription account number, business address, and phone/cell #. This is a world wide peer to peer network and such items should not be posted here for security reasons. I will have the moderator remove your images to protect your information.
Also we (as the users) have no idea the status or history of your serial #. What type of perpetual license do you have for this product? The license transfer utility (LTU) only works on standalone perpetual license. I'm wondering if you have a network perpetual license? Can you confirm...
In the end you don't need to use the LTU if you have a standalone perpetual license. Just install and activate on the new machine if you still have an active standalone serial # or even if you have a network based license. If you do have a standalone perpetual license, perform a clean uninstall per these instructions on the old machine and remove the license information per this article.
