Electrical Workspace Missing

Hi everyone, I have recently installed AutoCAD MEP 2022 for the design of cable raceways and conduits. But once I started the MEP its exactly like the conventional AutoCAD. I cannot see the toolset for cable trays and conduits. I have searched the internet and it says that I need to be in Electrical Workspace but I cannot find that in my Workspace listing. Any help please?

There is no other profile to choose from. I have watched the internet video tutorials and in every tutorial, the Home Tab >Draw has Tray/Conduit button while mine has Line, Circle (just like conventional AutoCAD)

Looks like you are using the "MEP as AutoCAD" startup/Profile and not any of the other Profiles. Something got skipped in the installation perhaps, start over if double-clicking on the MEP (Global) in OPTIONS command does nothing to change it all.

Thanks for reaching back

I have downloaded the AutoCAD MEP using Autodesk desktop app and installed with default settings. It asksled for installing confirmation for MEP software and performance report only. When there installation competed, it prompted that 'no user profile was detected, changing to Global'. In the software under profiles there are two profiles as you can see. When i set any of them as current nothing happens except the workspace change. Both profiles are empty of electrical workspace. I reinstalled the MEP three times and Everytime I clean uninstalled the program using recommended guidelines.

Tell me, do I need to have AutoCAD basic installed as well for this to work? Because I just downloaded AutoCAD MEP 2022. I didn't download basic AutoCAD. Is there some other way to fix this problem. Like importing cuix file for electrical workspace from someone else??

Is anyone going to help me please. I have tried to contact the support and they are deaf and silent. I have to use AutoCAD for electricala system design. I need to place cable trays and conduits in my design but I cannot because the required tools are not showing in AutoCAD. I have downloaded all the updates for AutoCAD 2022 and I even installed the MEP version of AutoCAD but to no avail. I simply cannot see any workspace labled electrical/HVAC/Arch in my workspaces. Nor do I have any CUIX file in the installation pacakge to load them manually. Also, under profiles there is one <<Unnamed>> in AutoCAD version and two <<Unnamed>> & Global in AutoCAD MEP.

Guys really please help me out. I am stuck here and my project deadline is approaching. So much promises for integerated AutoCAD and nothing seems to work. If there is any round-about way to handle that kindly let me know

@mahmoud.taha.abdalaziz Post a screenshot of your ABOUT command pop-up here please, along with a screenshot of your OPTIONS command's PROFILES tab pop-up.
