Educational License Upgrade

Ok so I have some models I made for class with the educational version of Maya. I would like to use them for a game i am making, but i understand that i cant use these models unless i own a liscense. if i buy Maya LT, can i then remove the Watermark and use themodels for Commercial purposes?

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to Autodesk Community!

The files you created from an educational version cannot be used for any commercial purpose. So even you purchase a Maya LT license you still can't use the files you created from your student version. You will need to create them again from the paid version to use for commercial purpose.

Darn.. well is it possible to just copy paste the mesh from theeudcational file to the liscene file, or will that watermark the file still?
