Education access - not working

Hi there, 

I have been using autocad and revit for a year or so, with educational access.

not long ago, i got this folowing alert

I logged in to the website and renew my access, got aproval but i still canot use autocad, the alert still pops out every time.

I didnt find a way to contact autodesk support itself so im trying here,

i would appreciate the help, i have assigments to finish to the end of semester....

Does an AutoCAD license appear here: https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all

If not then you need to request AutoCAD from the educational page: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview
