When I run Eagle it gets past the splash screen then when the eagle control panel opens it freezes then becomes non responsive. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling which didn't work. I've also tried the solotion here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/eagle/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Eagle-cr... I Found the file LIBEAY32.dll which I renamed, but I can't find a system32 file named IG4ICD64.dll.
I'm running the following:
Operating system: Windows 10 Home version 2004 64bit
CPU: Intel I9 9900K
RAM: 52GB
GPU: RTX 2080 Super
