EAGLE student license

Dear all,

i created an account using my university mail address and then downloaded the education version of EAGLE. I downloaded the student version of EAGLE (https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/eagle), but it keeps displaying "Registered to xxx; EAGLE Free License for non-commerical use and evaluation purposes". If i am not mixing things up, i should be able to use the full version for three years, but this is not the case.

Unfortunately, i can als not write neither call the support, because i dont have any support vouchers or something like that.

I am really looking forward for any help.

Could you please sign into your student's account again and check if there is all set correctly? When did you create this account? It can take some time until the entitlement shows up. What 's the email address you registered with?
