I need help. I downloaded the student version of Inventor Professional 2014, but I can't get past this download. The speed is not changing and appears to not be downloading at all. What do I do?

Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and try the download again from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Hope it works.
