Download AutoCad - entered wrong institution name - no match with upoaded document - what can I do

Hello

I have registered via the student license to download AudCad. I mistakenly entered the wrong name of the institution and now does not recognize the match compared to the uploaded documents. How and where can I change the entered institution name?

Hi @Anonymous,

To save you some time you can directly create a case with the educational support team at: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support 

Click Education & Trial Support and click the relevant options until you get the option to create a case.

Whilst you may eventually get to this via the link Pendean provided, this is where Ava would most likely send you.
