Hi there,
I am really not sure if this is the right forum to post this question, but if not could someone kindly direct me to the correct contact at Autodesk. In November 2018 I bought a 3-year subscription to 3DS max and I thought that with each year of the subscription I would receive 100 credits for cloud services. However, my first year was over this past November, and I did not receive an additional 100 credits for the 2nd year. Is this an oversight? Thanks in advance for your help.

100 cloud credits are based on your Autodesk Account creation. When you use those free credits you have to purchase more. You don't keep getting them or rack them up.
