creation user impossible

Hello, since the creation of one of my new client I can not create account for the activation via the user tab. I have the mistake mass "see attachment" I made contact with the support who does not even understand my question and see me unnecessary links 😉 Thank you in advance for your answers

Did you reach out to someone in Account Management, & be sure to provide this image to them. This is a known issue that they have to fix for you on the back end.
