I am having trouble finding how to create a deployment in Revit 2016. As I recall, in previous versions the "Create Deployment" option was on the main installer screen next to "Install" and "Install Tools & Utilities". I just downloaded the Building Design Suite Premium from the Subscrpition center and ran the installer. I am not seeing any option to create a deployment. Has this been changed or moved in this version? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
1. Install Now doesn't have that option.
2. Use a Browser Download.
3. Save time, you can download Revit 2016 and use the BDSP or BDSU serial and PK to install it. You can download Revit from the Virtual Agent via upandready.typepad.com - watch this video https://screencast.autodesk.com/main/details/be571ea9-fffc-40d6-8338-e0e7a3d82a3b
4. Proof of concept 2013: http://upandready.typepad.com/up_and_ready/2013/01/deploying-revit-2013-one-box-with-a-building-desi...
5. Proof of concept 2014: http://upandready.typepad.com/up_and_ready/2013/09/saving-drive-space-deployments-autodesk-suites.ht...
I must be missing something.
Watching the screencast I see how modifying options (like changing the platform to Win64) allows for a browser download, but there are no options I can change regarding Revit Architecture 2016.
In short, I can't find the browser download option. Only Install now.
What am I missing?
In other news, an older download of Revit Architecture 2016, one downloaded at the launch of the program, refuses to accept my Product Key.
Frustrating.
