Hey guys,
I'm trying to install AutoCAD 2023 for a new apprentice coming to our company, and I'm unable to contact IT, so I have to try and figure out how I can solve this issue :
Everytime I try to install the program, it goes up to 18% and rolls back to 0 ending with Error 15.
In the summary log, I get this error :
******************** Install Summary ********************
Bundle: Autodesk AutoCAD 2023 - Français (French)
Installation Failure in Bundle: Autodesk AutoCAD 2023 - Français (French)
Application Name : AutoCAD 2023
Package Name : Autodesk AutoCAD Performance Feedback Tool 1.3.12
Error code : 15
Please explore possible solution from: https://www.autodesk.fr/support/technical/search?p=AutoCAD&qt=Error%2015&mktvar002=xxx-xxxxxxxx%7CEM...
**************************** End ***************************
So to be honest I have no idea what to do, since there is nothing that seems to be helping in those forums at the time, and even AutoCAD's "documentation" doesn't match my problem.
If any of you has any idea how to solve this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure Windows updates are all installed. Try signing into Windows as an admin user and run the installation again. Also have you tried installing Autocad 2024?
Okay so first of all, thanks for your reply.
I actually ended up getting with the autodesk support, since this whole problem clearly wasn't fixable on my end.
To answer your questions I did everything you said before actually chatting with autodesk support.
And yes autocad 2025 was installing correctly.
But for those of you who are getting this error 15, there is a high chance it's just the files of autocad that are corrupted, or something in the config files.
The steps to fix it at least on my end where;
- first get rid of every single file and config file of autocad, and I mean everything, so in the Program Files, Program Files (x86), in the appdata, and even in the registry editor.
I can't completely guide through this, since this isn't my job, but the support really deleted everything autodesk related.
- Once this was done, we did a quick restart, and after that the support didn't download the classical single file .exe that you can get on the manage.autodesk.com page. The support got the download with 2 files, and from there extracted and installed autocad (You can find it by clicking on AutoCAD (when you are in all products and services) then selecting your version, and clicking on the little arrow next to "Installation", then click "direct download".
- After all of that it worked like a charm, but I guess this whole cleaning step was a huge and important step.
And quick EDIT: the support actually did something else in order to solve my specific issue (The Performance Feedback Tool 1.3.12, missing) they also had to install this additionnal package, I don't remember the exact path, but once you initialize one of the direct download's file, you will get a bunch of folders in your autodesk directory, and in there you will find somewhere, something called like : ADPerf.....msi and double clicking it will install the performance feedback tool. And then you will be able to finish the installation of autocad.
