Hi Everyone,
Looking for a little help in regards to a licensing issue. the user was on a 30day trial. I purchased a civil3d license and ask them to enter the serial number. it worked for a while only to stop. I then assigned the seat to the user and it worked for 2 more days. now I when they open civil3d the box comes up saying "Contact your administrator to request for permission to use this product" if I choose to sign in as different user it doesn't work.
Any help would be great
