Confusion about my license

Eagle was recently integrated into Fusion 360, and now Eagle is only available with a Fusion 360 subscription. Fusion 360 comes with "Eagle Premium".

I have a subscription to Eagle Standard, which I pay for. I also have a subscription to Fusion 360 which is a Startup license. In my account page, it says "Fusion 360 w/Eagle Std". I also have another product that just says "Fusion 360" and is listed with a Startup license.

Am I supposed to be able to see Eagle Premium when I open Eagle? It seems to me that I should have access to Eagle Premium with my Fusion 360 license (and not just the integrated Electronics). Should I cancel my subscription to Eagle Standard? Will that revert Eagle to Premium? Is my paid license overriding my Startup license?

I understand that, but my Fusion 360 Startup license should be equivalent to a Fusion 360 Commercial license (as I understand it), so that should get me Eagle Premium. In Fusion I can open/design Electronics projects with 6+ layers, however in Eagle (which comes up as Standard) only allows up to 4 layers.

But it seems like my "Fusion 360 with Eagle Stndr" is overriding my "Fusion 360 Startup" license for Eagle.

The article you linked doesn't address "Fusion 360 Startup" so I would assume "Fusion 360 Commercial" would apply, right?
