Over the past couple of years our company has migrated from perpetual licensing to subscription. Long story short, we now have several accounts. One account has all the delcam products acquired by autodesk (powershape, powermill, featurecam). There are multiple seats in this account. Another account has a couple of seats of the manufacturing collection.
I updated to inventor 2021 about 2 months ago, and poweshape 2021 today. I can no longer access both softwares at the same time. If I open powershape, I am prompted to sign in, and it kicks me out of inventor and vice versa. This was not an issue when we used serial numbers.
How can we correct this without the nightmare of trying to transfer and split up the subscriptions, and still keep our billing and subscription management clean between the accounts (which are also different departments)?

Hi @engineering,
What type of licenses are these - Subscription Multi-user, Subscription Single-user, Network, etc?
These are all single user subscriptions. One subscription for each pc that the software is installed on.
Hi @engineering,
Single user subscription is to be used 1 per named user rather than 1 license to a PC - this is in the EULA.
As the licenses are single-user, the admins from each department will be able to add the accounts and assign the relevent products: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/user-management/ad...
Thank You. Creating a seperate "individual account" and assigning software from each "department account" corrected the issue. Not everyone has upgraded from 2020 yet and it only showed up in 2021.
Thanks again.
