CFD2021 License woes

Up to date license manager on server.  

Up to date license file imported, expires in a year 

CFD 2021 installed on client, tries to activate using correct License server details and fails

A check on LMtools shows it can not only see the requests but allows it

"8XXXXXXXX_2021_0F" v1.000, vendor: adskflex, expiry: 25-jan-2022
vendor_string: educational:extendable
floating license

If i click close enough it will acknowledge it has a educational license but doesnt allow use of the software.  

Any help most appreciated.

Additional, it also allows me to "borrow" a license.

Yes, Please do a reinstall from a full download using the Browser Download option.

Let us know if that solves the issue.

Unfortunately the same issue from the browser download.   Launches ok, asks for license server details, I provide these,  "Network license Not available" When I check in LM tools it see the request and accepts it.

additional,  then if you click close enough the license manager box will load, showing its activated with correct expiry date.

Hello,

I thought you were only having an issue when you try to run an analysis.  Seems that you cannot access the interface either.

This might need more trouble shooting and possibly a desktop share session.

I suggest you log in a tech support case with the licensing team.
