CFD 2019 Can’t run

I installed cfd 2019 successfully but it couldn’t run.

everytime I double clicked the icon it shows the launching page for a few seconds then automatically shuts down

i have tried several solutions mentioned on the forum like updating the windows system and GeForce software to the latest version and turning on the virtualisation, yet failed to open cfd2019.

please help me.

CFD 2019 Can’t run

I installed cfd 2019 successfully but it couldn’t run.

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

If you believe nothing interfered with the download & installation like a 3rd party application or bad internet speed or connection etc.. Try launching the application again using Event Viewer to locate the event, search by date & time search Google for the error ID. Then use the steps below to help solve the problem. 

 

  1. Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
  2. Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
  3. Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website (Assign the correct Graphics Card) 
  4. Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
  5. Temporarily disable UAC on  Windows 7 or Windows 10 
  6. Open Component Services  go to COM Internet Services & enable, or setting permissions for an application 
  7. How to reset the application to defaults
  8.  Update your product with the latest service pack or Hotfixes by visiting the Autodesk website or account

 

If the above does not resolve the issue: 

  1. If the above does not resolve it conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it. 
  2. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account to install the application again
