Where can i find my license file.
i cant do anything since i have education version.
But if it is possible to download i SHOULD be able to use it but i cant which should be adressed before i could download the originall installer
Is there a solution to this problem?
Are you sure you have a Network License?
Quick look at the times, it shows Single User, so it might be a Sign In Activation and not a Network license.

It's showing "CFD - Ultimate" is a Single-User license. That being the case, just sign in when prompted for a license.

What are you clicking the SIGN IN?
Also, you need to make sure you have the Anti-Virus / Firewall off
