Cannot open AutoCad

I download AutoCad 3 year student 2015 today. After completing downloading, when I opened the software. This massage pop out "This application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application". Please kindly advice.

Hello , now I waned to download the autocad 2014 the 3 years student free lisence but just the autodesk racap downloaded and installed but i dont know ho to install the autocad itself. Thanks in advance
