Cannot Import license from Autodesk server

Cannot import license via License Transfer Utility. I receive a note: timeout...

Tried to disable virus security but result was the same.

Please help!

First thing..  Welcome to the community..

 

Second thing..  WARNING: This is a worldwide public user community and it's important that you do not include/share your serial # in your posting/attachments. I will have the moderator remove your serial # in order to protect your information. For the future please keep that rule in mind.

 

Third thing..  The LTU is not always reliable.  Just install and active the software on the other machine.  If you receive a message about reaching the max activation limit, just contact Autodesk here:
